01 . The Challenge

To streamline Customer onboarding, maintain data accuracy, and enhance the overall user experience, both Elevate Holistics and Craft Men’s Clinic needed robust, integrated solutions. The client requested a system that could automatically handle various customer interactions, data entries, and form submissions across multiple platforms. For Elevate Holistics, this included automating the marijuana card application process, while for Craft Men’s Clinic, it involved establishing seamless connections between patient forms and profile systems.

02 . The Solution

  1. Automated Application Fulfillment for Elevate Holistics
    We developed a custom API to automate marijuana card applications by integrating Klaviyo data with the Elevate website, eliminating manual entry. A WordPress plugin was also created for easy management and scalability.
  2. Patient Data Integration for Craft Men’s Clinic
    An API system was implemented to connect Cognito forms with Akute and Hint, automating patient profile creation and reducing staff workload while ensuring secure data management.
  3. Enhanced Member Communication via Seax Integration
    Seax texting service was integrated to send automated welcome messages to new patients, ensuring smooth onboarding and professional engagement.
  4. Scalable Deployment with Cloudflare Workers
    Cloudflare Workers ensured fast, secure, and scalable API deployment, delivering robust performance even with a growing user base.

03 . The Result

Through these custom API solutions, Elevate Holistics and Craft Men’s Clinic were able to significantly streamline their application processes, enhance user experience, and reduce operational costs. The integration of automated data handling, secure form submissions, and real-time communication has allowed both businesses to serve their customers more efficiently while freeing up resources for further growth.
