5. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information required to complete the project. This may include website content, images, branding materials, login access, hosting details, domain access, business information, and feedback.

Any delay in providing required materials or approvals may affect the project timeline. Phantech will not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, late feedback, or third-party issues.

6. Revisions and Changes

Revisions are provided according to the agreed project package or proposal. Minor revisions may be included, but major changes, new features, redesigns, or work outside the original scope may require additional charges.

Once a design, page, feature, or project stage is approved by the client, further changes may be treated as additional work.

7. Project Timelines

Phantech aims to complete projects within the agreed timeline. However, timelines may vary depending on project complexity, client feedback, third-party tools, hosting issues, plugin errors, technical limitations, or other unexpected circumstances.

Any timeline shared by Phantech is an estimate unless clearly stated as a fixed deadline in writing.

8. Website Hosting, Domains, and Third-Party Services

Phantech may assist with hosting, domain setup, SSL installation, plugins, themes, email configuration, analytics, advertising accounts, or third-party platforms. However, these services are often controlled by external providers.

Phantech is not responsible for issues caused by hosting companies, domain registrars, third-party plugins, APIs, payment gateways, social media platforms, advertising platforms, or other external services.

Any third-party costs, such as domain renewal, hosting fees, premium themes, paid plugins, stock images, licenses, or advertising budgets, are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.

9. Content and Materials

The client must ensure that all content, images, logos, videos, documents, trademarks, and other materials provided to Phantech are legally owned by the client or properly licensed.

Phantech is not responsible for copyright claims, trademark disputes, or legal issues arising from materials provided by the client.

10. Intellectual Property

After full payment is received, the final approved project deliverables may be transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed. However, Phantech may retain rights to internal tools, frameworks, reusable code, design methods, processes, and general knowledge used during the project.

Phantech reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, or marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before the project begins.

11. Digital Marketing and Advertising Services

For digital marketing, SEO, social media, and paid advertising services, Phantech will use reasonable efforts to improve online visibility, engagement, traffic, or campaign performance.

However, we do not guarantee specific results such as fixed sales, rankings, leads, conversions, or revenue, as these depend on many external factors including market competition, budget, audience behavior, platform algorithms, and business offering.

Advertising budgets are separate from Phantech service charges unless clearly stated otherwise.

12. Website Maintenance and Security

If website maintenance is included, Phantech may provide updates, backups, minor fixes, monitoring, or support according to the agreed plan.

If the client does not have an active maintenance plan, Phantech is not responsible for future website errors, plugin conflicts, malware, expired licenses, hosting issues, broken features, or security problems after project completion.

13. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds depend on the stage of the project and the amount of work already completed.

Payments may be non-refundable once work has started, especially for planning, design, development, research, setup, consultation, third-party purchases, or completed milestones.

If a client cancels a project after work has begun, Phantech may deduct charges for completed work, time spent, purchased resources, and administrative costs.

14. Confidentiality

Both Phantech and the client agree to keep confidential information private. This includes login details, business information, project documents, strategies, customer data, and other sensitive information shared during the project.

Phantech will not intentionally share client confidential information with unauthorized parties, except where required to complete the project or comply with legal obligations.

15. Limitation of Liability

Phantech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, website downtime, or third-party service failure.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

16. No Guarantee of Error-Free Service

We aim to provide high-quality and professional services. However, we do not guarantee that the website, software, design, campaign, or service will be completely error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device, browser, plugin, or third-party platform at all times.
